Cant hear Track being rcorded

When I record a track, say vocals, I can hear every track thru the speakers except vocals.

How do I fix cool edit so I can hear the track I'm recording while recording it?
 
I don't think that you can do this in those earlier versions of CEP. Instead, you must monitor (tap into) the signal from the mic/line somewhere before it goes into your computer. A lot of sound cards have the ability to monitor the input via one of the output jacks.
