My setup is ...
Windows 7/Yamaha AudioGram6 Interface/Adobe Audition 1.5
Cannot hear myself in headphones when I am just talking or when I am recording ... However my levels work and get good sounding recording just can't hear myself in headphones while recording...

For sound thru headphones I need directly plugged into audiogram I see

I have cheap PC speaker setup with sub box and a headphone extension/aux setup for mic...ran into laptop... So I need to run thru audiogram correct? All my levels work and it peeks when too high n all ... And records fine just hear no voice

Look at THIS

Different interface but the same setup you need to have with yours. It does not really work any other way.

You need to connect your monitors/speakers to your interface. Not the computer.

The external audio interface is basically replacing the crap in your computer.

Am running a 300 watt technics receiver ... So I need to rca the receiver to interface...

Yes, RCA L/R from the AudioGram to AUX input of your receiver. From there to speakers. Use headphone out of the interface while recording and shut off the amp/speakers.

Not the ideal, but it will work. :)

Playback from your DAW (Audition [if set up correctly]) will play back through the AudioGram.
