cannot ajust the recording volume

hey guys i click on my sounds and devices to check if the mute box is check in recording but i cannot click on it its just like this heres a picture



how can i acces this please help me because of this im not able to record in my microphone i think this is the problem
 
It links to a thumbnail file - Can't see it. Try again?

I don't use a Delta card, but I think you need to use the Delta's own control panel for selecting and adjusting inputs and levels.
 
why is the recording volume button not clickable under audio in sounds devices ? i just look in google for anwers but had no luck, someone help me please

i try it but teh problem is im not getting a signal because i cannot acces the recording volume in windows audio devices ,the tab is not clikable
 
Like crankz says, you gotta use the Delta Control panel.

This gets created in your windows control panel when you install the drivers. Should also be an icon for it in the taskbar
