Can someone recommend a mic for good vocal sound

I have a CAD 95 and an Oktava 300 condensor microphone. I'm new to home recording and I lay tracks on a 488 MK III. I do songwriting and sometimes I'll sing (much to my families sadness) or I'll bring in a really good female or male vocalist. Can I get by with these mics or can someone recommend a better, all around vocal for recording demo vocals? Thanks
