Can Pxr4 Support ANY "Smartmedia" card?

Or do I have to use the "Korg" branded Smartmedia cards. I find Korg brand ones for like 30-60$ but I see non-korg brand ones for closer to 5-10$
Does anyone know if I can use any Smartmedia card-- trying to get insight before I make the purchase

Brand shouldn't make any difference.
The SoundOnSound review says it will take SmartMedia cards of 4 to 128MB.
Smartmedia is yesteryear.
If I were you, I'd go for a modern SD card recorder, instead.
