I was just wondering ... is there a way that u can patch your own recorded samples to be triggerd by midi?... kinda like these fancy VSTi's they have out, but just a simple wav file being set off by a midi note?
I asked in the cubase forum and nobody could help... is there any program that can do this?

Not to worry... problem solved... all i have to do is get a vsti sampler....
eg . Steinberg HALion VSTi Sampler 2.0....

It's a sampler, in VSTi format. A virtual player of samples / editor of samples.
