can i sync an alesis adat m20 to my presonus firepod or nuendo? if so how? im going to use it to record 8 on the adat ao i can have 16 channels at one time then im going to dump those 8 adat channels into nuendo for editing.

I don't think the firepod handles adat input. You'd need a card like the M-Audio Firewire 1814 or the Emu 1212 for that
