Yes, you can.
Best to use a TRS/1/4" input on the scarlett, (not XLR) and set the scarlett input switch to 'line'.
You'll need to figure out manually where unity gain is on the scarlett, unless they specify it somewhere.
If they don't and that was greek, set the scarlett gain at mid day and see how you go.
If you want to try the same chain but without the Art unit, go XLR all way home.

Yup......... use 1/4" trs to trs from the ART tube pre to the 2i2. All else XLR's
