can I run my Chorus's "output B" straight to my dig recorder for stereo recording??

I want to try recording in stereo,

So i have several pedals that have "Output A's and B's" for stereo sounds.

But can I run all the B's "direct" to empty tracks on my Dig Recorder and then put the A's to my amp were it'll be mic'd?

Does anyone see any possible concerns with doing this?

No real reason not to try it. They may sound cool or not but it won't really be 'stereo'. Just two different types of sounds. But it will give you stuff to play with in the mix.

The only concern may be that the direct tracks may occur a few miliseconds before the miced track. This is due to the time it takes for sound to travel from the amp speaker to the mic. This could cause some phase cancellation that can be noticed by a hollow or thin sound. If you are using a daw you could shift the direct tracks later by a few miliseconds or use a digital delay to compensate.
