Looking at the manual for the B1 I would say it does not matter which input you choose. The pedal has a reasonably low output impedance and so should drive either line or high Z inputs fine. Try both.
The only time a pedal really needs to go into a HZ in is if it is of the daft "true" bypass type. I doubt either of the Zooms are so crudely made.
