Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my monitors?

I have Alesis M1active520 monitors mand one sounds vastly different to the other, its making my mixes weird (obv) if anyone could tell me whats going on I'd be massively grateful!

Assuming there isn't something wrong with one like a blown speaker etc., do you have all the settings on the back the same. Try interchanging the monitors and see if the problem follows the monitor or is it on the same side regardless of which monitor is plugged in. You need to do some troubleshooting eliminating things one at a time.
 
One of your monitors is shot - ask Santa for some new ones...:D
 
Switch your interface cables to eliminate output problems.

Listen close to make sure one of your tweeters/woofers isn't shot.

And yeah, check all the settings on the back to make sure they're set up the same.
