can a sony mdm midi work the same as a Behringer EURORACK UB1202 Mixer?

How do i plug the Behringer EURORACK UB1202 Mixer into my laptop to record? As far as i see in a picture of it there is no usb plug in. I have an old sony mdm midi 4 track i plug into the mic input on my laptop but i get a fuzzy sound at the front and end of my recordings. would my sony pretty much be the same as the Behringer as far as pluging it into the laptop I'm thinking about buying the Behringer EURORACK UB1202 Mixer but if my sony can do the same as far as just being a mixer I wouldn't need the Behringer. I was looking at the Behringer hoping it would be my ticket to clean sound from the start without having to edit it to get rid of that fuzzy sound. How can i fix that so it's not there to start with.
