Thought I'de let everyone know as a header that cakewalk pro audio 9 can't read wdm drivers that windows xp uses. It only reads mme drivers in the older versions of windows, so it's time for me to upgrade to SONAR, which uses WDM drivers.

If only the soundcard companies who pack pro9 with their soundcard would tell us that in the beginning, we might get somewhere faster instead of blaming their new drivers for xp.
