M'kay, I don't have this issue all of the time, only when I start to add tracks. Here's my set-up and what I'm doing: I plug into my SB Live! sound card (which has a 1/8" input). Basically, I plug in my little Tascam mixer, which has RCA outs, that cable has an 1/8" plug at the end, which enters my sound card. Now, whenever I record something into CakeWalk, from my Roland MC-303, it comes out fine. When I record something from my guitar, it's a different story. I get occasional "pops" and "ticks", which I assume is my just me breaching my "ceiling", and it's clipping.(?) But, after I have one guitar track (two stero tracks), and I try to lay another one down on top of it, when I play it back, they seem to be "out of sync". Why is this happening? No matter what I do, if I record using the metronome in CakeWalk, or even if I turn it off, and just record "willi nilly", it still comes out slightly out of sync. Any help, suggestions, opinions would be of great help =] Thanks!

BEAUTIFUL! That sounds like exactly what I'm looking for! I checked that "option" (wave out). I'll download those additional drivers and see how it goes. Thanks so much! What a great help. You just (tentatively =]) solved a problem which they pay people a lot of money to, well, not be able to actually answer...THANKS! Seriously, THANKS!
