i emailed Cakewalk Support 2 weeks ago and 3 times about losing my serial number on my Cakewalk bundle FX. Stil i got no replies. Does it really takes time for them to reply or they really sucks in support? i really need my bundles FX back BADLY. :(

They usually reply faster (at least to me :D)...

The Cakewalk Bundle FX... are you sure you don't want something better?

Why don't you just follow the instruction given on the e-mail technical support website... you'll find it here: http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/EMAIL.ASP

Here is a copy/past of the instruction...
If you don't know your serial number, you can find it in several places:

1.It's on your registration card.
2.You can look it up while using your Cakewalk software. Simply open the Help pull-down menu and click on About Cakewalk.
3. If you're really stuck you can call Cakewalk customer service and ask them to look it up for you.

You must be registered user to get support. IOW, you must have registered your product before you ask for support (specialy when it concerns about your serial number). They will query your data in their database, and reply you. If you're not registered, then they won't recognize you...

Anyway, I'm not realy sure about this. I never have any problem with them.

I actually did that once - that is they sent me a serial - but I could prove my purchase...

support

At least Cakewalk didnt "farm out" thier customer support like DELL.... If you call DELL for a problem with your computer, you will be forwarded to INDIA and have someone in a thick accent talk to you. The problem is that the accent is so thick that you don't understand what they are saying. The computer talkshows on the AM radio are now telling people not to buy DELLS because of this.

There have been several occasions where I needed serial numbers for my Cakewalk products and I've just called them.

They've always responded promptly.

The numbers on their website.
