I am a past user of Cakewalk pro 9 and am looking into the upgrade. I downloaded the Demo into my old laptop but I would like to try the demo on my new core duo I built with vista 32 bit loaded. Do you know if the demo will work in Vista? From what I can gather off of the Cakewalk site I might need an upgrade to do this and I cant get the upgrade until I buy the software.
I did attempt to load the demo once and I ran into a snag but I believe thats because I had already loaded my Sony Acid Pro 6 which I have later conluded is NOT Vista compatable yet.
It is frustrating,a new computer with nothing to run on it yet!
