What are people opinions on CAKEWALK SONAR 5 Producer Edition? Is it easy to get used to? I use Cubase SX at the moment, and in college use Pro Tools, but for my studio am looking for something different.

I have it. I love it. I don't know what you want to know so I can't really give any specifics. There too much to the program. I suggest you go to the Cakewalk site and look at the features and see if it will meet your needs. After all, that's the most important part...your needs.

The specs are pretty amazing. Doesn't it have some feature where you can mix vision as well as audio?

If by that you mean mixing video and audio together to get a commercial or music video or something like that, yes.
