I recently got the Audiophile 24/96 soundcard and would like to back up a bundle on to a cd. I think I have the process of creating a bundle figured out, but when I go to reload the bundle off the cd it won't read it. My question is - do I have to type cwb. when I title the the bundle or what?

No, if the File Type selected is "Cakewalk bundle" it will get the extension automatically.

It should work just fine off the CD. I have no idea what you might be doing wrong...

Re: Bundle Problem

Actually saving your file as a bundle shouldn't be a problem, as you know that the bundle has both, midi and audio wave data and if you open the bundle file, it should open midi and wave data without a problem. The only reason when you cannot open a file is when you have a error data in one of the wave tracks loaded. So try removing the waves one by one and save it, lets see which one has the error. backup before that.

Are you getting an error message when you try and load the bundle? What does the message say? IOW, what is the behavior of the system when you attempt to load the bundle off CD?
