I believe I built the instrument definition file correctly for the Virtualizer DSP1000 Pro. I believe I have all the information I need to succeed as well (Midi Implementation chart, etc.), but I am missing something (learning curve). I am confused on how to insert events. I have the DSP1000 assigned a midi channel on a track. Here's what I want: I have an effect that I want at the beginning of the song. I then want a totally different effect to start a few measures into the song. I want that effect to start real quiet and have its level increase thoughout the song. How is that done? My next problem is how do I get my DSP1000 effect on the sound coming from another sound module? I am assuming I would route a mix of the DSP1000 and the dry keyboard sound to a track and record it. Is this correct, or is there another way to do this. I appreciate your help in advance.
