Cake & XP?

Does CWPA9 work in Win XP? My main drive is getting noisy & slow; & I want to replace it. I could load my Dell proprietary Win 98SE OS back in, but I thought I might want to go to XP at this time. Not even sure if it's a good idea for me, in that I'm running a PIII 700Mhz (& I've heard that XP is CPU hungry.) I do have 512MB SDRAM, but I'm not sure how well XP would wotk with my CPU (or if Cake will work as well.) Thanks.

I ran cwPa9 under WinXp for some time before going to Sonar. It worked great.
