CAD mic registering low DB

Two, oval badged, CAD equitek e100 2's, batteries charged, pads and cuts off, internal power set to manual. One is perfect, other registers two db less. Tried swapping batteries with eachother; switching cables, channels, pres, phantoms, and gods, no luck.

Any suggestions? Pretty please
