I recieved one of these from Musicians Friend today, and initial tests seem to indicate that it's a quiet, transparent mic that sounds good on a lot of different sources. They're selling for $99 and it comes with a pop filter. Here's the link to order it. For those of you who are contemplating getting the MXL V93 for its transparency, here's another contender to fill that special place in your locker. Another thing, this mic uses a cardiod version of the Equitek 300 capsule. Didn't Harvey have something to do with the design of that capsule?
