Cable Question

O.K. --- If I go into my local Guitar Center (Or similar local store)

How do I know which cables to buy? Like Mic cables and other connectors.

Don't mind paying a good price just don't want to pay for someting I don't need. and I'm sure you can relate that the folks there often don't know--- they love to give advice but often don't really know diddly about the stuff they sell.

Any advice or education is much appreciated.

well what is it you want to connect ??

Is the Mic XLR ?

Yes XLR mic cables and 1/4 inch connectors ---(From pre to compressor -- Etc.

So you know what you have...if your looking for brand name I suggest Monster Cable. Hosa is not to bad and is more affordable.
