Bypassing the MBox Preamps?

Hi guys. I wanted to upgrade the built in Focusrite mic preamps on the MBox and invest in something nicer. I thought about getting the Blue Robbie or the Grace Designs 101

Has anyone lese done this on here? how is it done? What do I plug into? Am i forced to use the focusrites?

It's pretty easy, just change the input source of the Mbox to "line" instead of "mic," plug the line out of your Robbie or Grace into the Mbox's Source input and you're ready to go. If you need more help with your Mbox/Pro Tools, someone (Brett) started a ProTools LE forum a while back since HR didn't have one.

wow, that sounds pretty easy. so this will take the focusrites completely out of the signal chain? thanks again.
