I have used it. It's hard as crap to figure out.
However, FruityLoops, which is much easier to use, includes a Buzz Generator adapter and a Buzz Effect Adapter, so you can use most of the buzz machines and buzz generators in it. My impressions of the Buzz generators I've used so far is that they sound pretty good, but are fairly hard to design sounds with. I love the Buzz effects though. Seems like about 50 different people designed distortion/lo-fi/bit reduction type plugins for Buzz, and I've found uses for a bunch of them.
