I wasnt sure where to post this, but I wanted to share it. Its pretty funny. So for all you Nickleback fans out there who may want to "buy" another one of their CD's, check this link out first. :D

Make sure your Speakers are panned right and left correctly. :D

(Now dont get me wrong, I am a Nickleback fan myself, but this is too funny!!!) ;)

Peace
AJ

(Admins,, if this does not belong in this section, please feel free to move it as needed. Thanks!! ) ;)

well that just sucks....why dont we all do that....Ill trade my music for yours.....just write some new lyrics for mine and Ill do the same for yours...

I can't listen to the link at work. Is it just their song played back over top of someone elses? I've seen another case of that somewhere else. And you wonder why all new music sounds the same.

Actually its 2 of their own tunes (hits) (one newer, and one older) played over each other. They are all but exactly the same except different lyrics. LOL :D

I cant wait till I write and record my only first song. I'll make a complete 12 song album out of it! LMAO :D :D Just change up the words.

Peace
AJ

Well at least they're original, if only once. :D
I gotta show my girlfriend this, she hates Nickelback with a passion.

Hey AC/DC essentially made the same album over and over again for 20+ years and sold millions each and every time. :D

Both songs have some of the same chords and nickelback's signature style but they are very obviously two different songs. That's like matching up two AC/DC songs and calling them the same because they use A,E,D,G chords .

I agree, but you left out the part where the structure of both songs is pretty much the same, almost down to the m/s.

Yes, but AC/DC didn't suck :p

Are you sure the creator of the file didn't time/pitch shift at all? The other overlapping hits thing I saw the author conceded that the tempos were slightly different (like 79 bpm vs 81 :D ).

oh I'm sure that's pobably the case, it doesn't make it any less funny though :p

i always suspected that about nickelback songs. i think theres even a couple more with the exact same structure. works really good with headphones

That's what I was going to say.

God I hate Nickleback, it's too bad they're my countrymen.

But, at least they don't try and act like they think they're good, they're pretty humble.

Bingo!

I despise nickelback. I'd put em in the same bucket as Creed and flush em twice. On the other hand, no matter how my music tastes change, i can still rock out to some ac/dc.

Whats with the pictures? The one on the left has the frontman with shorter hair....and now that i think about it....they look like completely different photos...just in the same position.
