MOTU's tech support line gives me a busy signal, how professional is that?

I sent a couple of emails to MOTU tech support and never heard from them. In the meantime, I was able to solve my issue with the help of the folks on the board at http://www.unicornation.com/

The site claims to be more mac-centric, but they have a lot of PC folks hanging out there too.
