Burning using Sonar/Nero

:confused: Hi guys, I'm stuck. I have a Delta 66 soundcard using Sonar XL with a Yamaha RW2200 burner attached. I'm using Nero 5.0 to burn. When I copy my songs from Sonar to Nero, I'm only picking up the audio portion. Should I save as wave files?
What option should I use in Nero, "audio" or "mixed" during the burning process?
Should I use the "export audio" option in Sonar also?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
