burning a live concert onto a cd, software??

im totally new to this forum and recording and editing. heres my question : Ive got many concerts that are single tracks lasting up to three hours saved on my computer, i would like to cut these to a smaller size to fit on a cd(s) but not to mp3 format, i also want to place seperate track locations where i desire throughout the concert to break between songs. I have a program (wavepad) that i just started using, it seems very basic though. Is there a better program for my needs that anyone knows of? thanks...

CD Architect would be a pretty cheap way to go. Not much editting features, but it can do what you are asking. Sound Forge can do a bunch more editting if you need that.
