Built in bass Trap?

As a thought wouldn't be as simple just to build "super chunks" or the like in the construction phase? instead of adding afterwards? I'm trying to decide on 2 designs and will begin struction in novemeber...and it kinda occured to me..

suggestions, thoughts?
