building a studio

Hello, I'm new so here goes. I am building a studio and need lots of info. My studio is 24 feet by 20 feet and has a 5 foot x 5 foot bathroom in one corner. I would like to build a control booth and a vocal booth. I need info on everything from materials for walls, size for control room and vocal booth, heating and cooling, electrical and audio wiring, etc, etc.
