So I'm going to build a pyramid-foamed booth booth out of my closet. How big/small should the booth be? I'm thinking of making the size of an airplane bathroom (best example I could think of :D ) Is this a good size? Is bigger or smaller better for vocals and maybe guitar. And, if I put up a bunch of foam everywhere, is it easy to take them down and use them again? Thanks!

If you make it the size of an airplane bathroom - you'll very quickly wish it were bigger. It'll get very warm and uncomfortable very quickly.

Use what you have - andy seriously consider some thicker more broadband materials in the booth. You'd be surprised how far down the human voice and even a guitar go.

ok, thanks for the help. So what about the size of a walk-in closet? Kind of like the length and width of a bed, but as high as a regular room. Is this ok? Will it sound good?

And should I first put up insulation? How thick? Thanks!
