Brutal Death Metal from Wet Skidmark

Sorry Dog, sounds to me like the Skids have too much of a funky groove to be paired up with the BP Satanic thing.

That lawnmowers vocals are brutal, I like the drum patterns!

I'm into that!!!! I'm just gonna swallow a mic, so I don't have to even have it near my mouth now. It should improve the vocals. :D
 
I think the acoustic guitar needs to come up in the mix, and the tempo is all wrong for this style. Consider dropping in about 30 BPM. I'm guessing the vocalist was just getting over laryngitis at the time of tracking. I'd offer him a nice warm cup of herb tea with a bit of honey and ask him to try another take. Maybe try singing an octave higher. That might releive some of the stress on the throat. Also, he had a hard time enunciating, so maybe ask him to run through "The Rain in Spain falls Mainly on the Plain" or a similar exercise a few times. Finally, the horns and strings really should be louder. And the song should be about love, pixies, and unicorns - not about lawnmowers.

I agree with the strings. They are way too quiet. But we must stick to lawnmowers....it's what we know best....
 
Sweet ..... nice tones on the guitars and hot drums. Vocals are straight out of the Exorcist movies. The verb/delay on the vocals is perfect!
 
it sounds like the bad guy on Inspector Gadget.

Hey, you need to listen more. It's at #16 on the Death/Black Metal charts. I think a top 10 will get us the slot with Black Prophecy 666..... :D
