This br1180 is new to me and I'm looking for your some advice,on loop effect
reverb and the use off.? I'm doing Country type songs(old)The br1180 has
First reverb type Hall or Room, and time set at 2.0, tone at 0,Effect level at 50 , I ,ve read that you need to like make a room and then gave each track
an amount of reverb , and light tones + for rythms ,and a heavy tone - for
vocals and leads. and different times for vocals 1.5 and like a 2.5 ,3.5 for inst. Does anyone have a format that could be used for a guide line, What works best with acc. Guitars, tone, time , etch. what works best with Vocals ,Harmony and lead vocal sat the same?
Rythm Guitars, which works best with the BR1180 mic ,or an acc. Electric
Thanks For your time,
Kevin.

They say God bless America. I say Thank GOd for America.

I have recorded acoustic songs with the br1180 and got great results using only one very cheap mic. Like £15 / $20 mic!! I use alot of reverb but all at the same settings for tone and time etc, but different amounts of reverb for certain tracks. I set up the reverb as follows, ROOM, 1.2 ms, +2 for tone, 67 for level. and use about two thirds of the reverb dial for guitars. That is close miced using a takamine guitar in my small bedroom. If using a studio maybe need less reverb if mic is further away. Just listen and add as much reverb as you can without it being too much.
