My girlfriend's BR-800 mixer is locked up, showing the message "Keep power on! Song storing…" in perpetuity (see attached image). We have no idea what to do. She needs to preserve the table of contents on the SD card (a high-quality 32GB Sandisk Ultra), as the card has years of music on it. All help would be appreciated as this mixer is beloved to her.
