Hi, Im new to Pro Tools. However, I do have a good understanding on putting together tracks, midi, syncing, etc. However, now that I did a track, I just tried bouncing my work in progress at a sample rate of 44 khz in WAV format, stereo interleaved, and when I go to listen to the track, it sounds NOTHING like it does in the Pro Tools editor...

It sounds very low quality, almost like a tape deck. Am I doing something wrong? Ive spent alot of time mixing everything and compressing, and now after listening to the WAV, Im a bit in shock. If someone can shed some light on how I can get it to sound like it does in Pro Tools, Itd be much appreciated, because as of now, Im a bit stumped.

Im currently using an Mbox 2, gonna give it a try on the 003 this wednesday.

But Im a little annoyed, I just moved from FL studio, and as of right now, not very happy. With FL I can just export it and itll sound just like it does in the interface. As of right now my FL tracks sound alot better than my Pro Tools....Hopefully that can be fixed.

I attached the file so you can see, its an mp3 version.

Thanks,

-henry
