I have a Boss Micro BR I haven't used for a while and I want ot listen to the songs I recorded on it, but I don't know how and I can't find the directions in the manual. Can anyone help?

It doesn't have a speaker, so first plug in headphones, or an adapter to some kind of an audio device, THEN press the play button!
