Hi
I have seen the BOSS for £279. I would need to get a 1gb compact flash storage (around £45) and an AC adaptor about (£15) so around £340
I have also seen the Zoom for £329.
I already have a computer so I don’t really need a CD burner, however, the Zoom does not come with a USB port.
If it does not come with a USB port then how do I get to back up any work? Could I back up the projects on to CD and then copy these onto the computer or can you only record a master version to the computer?
Has anyone any experience of any of these? I am quite interested to know if anyone has any experience with the in built drum machines as I would like to use them a bit. ( I’d imagine that neither compare to a dedicated drum machine so I am not expecting too much).
I am hoping to record guitar based music, some electric, some acoustic and add some simple drum beats.
Any help really appreciated as the deal on the Zoom is very limited.
Thanks
