I’ve been recording on my boss br 800 for a while and I’ve had mixed results. I’ve recently started mixing on studio monitors and wow what a difference. Anyway, I’ve noticed that When i mixdown using the mastering tool I get great mixes. Then after it’s complete I’m asked if I want to preview the finished track which also sounds good. Then when I lower all the faders but bring up the fader for the track I assigned the finished one to. When I listen to that track it doesn’t sound like the preview. Anyone run into this?
