Strangely enough I first made this thread last night. The title bar even "remembers" the name of the thread in my browser, but I can't find the thread. Searching my name shows every other thread I've made.

If I posted it in the wrong place and it got deleted I'm sorry.

Anyway...

That was great. I'm new, so no advice on the mix, but sounds great to me... as does the song.

I'm getting a wierd feeling about the vocal level. Anyone see what I'm saying or does it sound fine?

I like it - your lead singer sounds quite a bit like Gwen Stefani a la Tragic Kingdom. I think the vocals could stand to set just a wee bit lower at a few points coming out of the first verse, but that's being really picky. It's a great tune and a great mix!

Yeah the vocal level is high in parts of the verses, but I wasn't sure, I wanted to see if someone else would point it out.

I'll probably automate the volume a bit to fix it, if I'm not too lazy tonight.

Nice arrangement and a great singer....agree with the Gwen Stefani comparison. Vocals could sink in the mix a bit better IMO. I like the organ sound. Everything else is sitting in its place. Nice guitar sound. Well done!

Sounds great dude. The mix is nice and the guitar sounds great. I think the others sound right about lowering the vocals a tad.

It sounds pretty commerical to me. :D

wow ive got a bit of work to do....sounds very professional..great voice as well :)
 
Pretty cool tune. I would have liked to hear that cool riffage emphasized more and the vocals less overpowering.
