Yeah I been drinkin, SO!?
Can't remember who it was or which thread, but I'm pretty sure it was this forum where someone recommended Blotted Science, just got a copy today.

i could be wrong, but i'm guessing it must've been either me or metalhead28. glad to see another tech metal fan around here!
 
I think I also recommended it in one thread. Jarzombek has some WILD musical ideas. It is a little more progressive and not nearly as heavy but you should definitely check out his work with Spastic Ink as well.
My band Canvas Solaris did some shows with Behold the Arctopus last year. Their drummer Charlie...well ex-drummer now was telling us all about recording the Blotted Science record. He said Ron would reject anything involving a ride cymbal. Pretty funny stuff.

Might have been me, too - I think I was on a Blotted Science kick when the original thread came up. If it wasn't, I certainly seconded the recommendation.

Even then though, I haven't listened to that disc in a while, and I really need to. It's an absolutely awesome disc. :cool:

Reviving an old thread is sometimes interesting, I may have to spend some e-music credit on some Blotted Science for my old brain.
