Bio/Press Packet

What do you guys think makes a solid Bio/Press Packet for an artist/producer, etc... Who is trying to enter into the industry. I'm curious b/c I'm in the process of getting a professional one together to have for radio personalities and interviews for music job positions.

Actually more like an internship/help out w/ sessions type job is what I meant. Not a full fledge paying gig. I'm hoping I can get some hr's over the summer interning @ patchwerk and someone hit me up regarding I should come talk to the head man @ this place , www.kirklandmedia.com , b/c he's looking for young talent to run his new music venture that's going to open soon. I come back to Atl friday morn @ MJ, I have a beat cd imma shop and I wanna hit EVERY studio in hopes of networking and meeting artists who can use some of my tracks. Actually, I started and finished a mini press packet (minus the glamor shot, lol, and some of the in depth info) I just want one so when the time comes down the road, I won't have to be ducking and dodging trying to put one together, I'd already have a quality one handy.
