bias preamp tubes?

I recently replaced the stock tubes for my ART Gold mic preamp. There is one 12ax7 per channel (2). I don't really know much about biasing. Do I need to re-bias the preamp to keep the tubes from burning out or sounding like crap? Right now they seem to sound good.

Generally speaking, no. Preamps are usually Kathode biased, which tends to be self-correcting.
