Beyerdynamic TG-X 60

OK. I'm a newb. I admit it. I've been living under a rock since I was born, and I know nothing. Now, to the point. Before you laugh, I was just going to ask how decent or not the TG-X 60 is?

Our school has one and it sounded pretty decent, but hey I know nothing so I was asking for a second opinion (although all websites seem to be in German so I doubt any of you have one )

if you type "beyerdynamic" in google, the first site is the big english beyer site.

on that site they have a pdf of the manual for the tgx60


looks like a pretty good mic... never heard one myself, but i have not yet heard a beyer mic that i DIDNT like.

anyway, let me take this moment to complain about the new beyerdynamic site. the old one had all sorts of great product information about discontinued products... where did all that go?

Yep I've been on the site, but you know they're bound to make it sound good The stats look good though. Wondering if anyone has any first hand experience
