Ok Blacks can be racist, whites ca, indians can, chinese can, etc... who Cares, Can you not be whomever YOU may be???

Let's quit worrying about the races and worry about our own personal issues and convictions.

I for 1 choose not to be a racist Black in spite of what is out there. :) Peace. Now if Black people would just support one another then maybe all of our artists could post multi-platinum results when we drop a release. :)

Peace....

Wow!... Mad flows is fierce!... I mean... Wow!
You hang out with too many pvssie wiggers that listen to all of your bull sh!t without contest.... You're nothing.

Oingo Boingo: I didn't respond to said quote because Allan Colmes was spitting pure nonsense. Of course it was racially motivated and if you think other-wise you're fooling yourself.

And for all of you who are unsure... No, there is no such thing as reverse racism. Problem is pvssy-@ss white people who are afraid to let these "others" know that they're racist when it pops-up. Personally, I'll slap a mother fvcker right on the spot. My best homie is black and he'll slap you too.

Mad Flows is only 15 years old so cut him some slack. He's still at that stage where he thinks "beating your @$$" (as he puts it) is the be-all/end-all of manly behavior. In general little kiddy-pops are obsessed with 'butt beating' and 'meat beating' until they learn about the joys of women.

I mean a tough guy like Mad Flows is definately going to enlist in the US Marines at first chance and beg for duty in Iraq or Afghanistan because he's such a hard case. :)

ROFL

you are wasting bandwidth on our site..with this shit...

BET is owned by Viacom whick own VH-1, CBS and whatever..and like my man Change said MJ and Johnson are close friends and he went a made them pull the video..to say face for MJ..it has nothin to do with race..BET has pulled alot of videos that they feel wasnt suitable to be viewwd by all races..so dont try and single out 1 artist..as i recall that pulled Jadakiss video..for the bush comment ..just my 2 cents...

btw if you need beats hit me up..links in the sig..

this is Bknot1 and i approve this message

Now you're an accessory to wasting of bandwidth since you have replied so stop b!tching. Anyway, you didn't have to click on this thread in the first-place... you saw the title.

i dont think the video is racist at all....I think its funny that someone did a video with that in it. it just so happens that eminem is the culprit. and besides its good to have friends in high places....just think. 50 cent and jarule dont like each other...its mainly 50 cent that doesnt like jarule so if 50 cent had mj's clout with johnson.....he could pick any jarule video and ban it just because 50 feels like it insults him in some way. but then again...if i was tappin ashanti after every video we made...i could care less who played the video.

Yeah ok I admit using the phrase "reverse racism" made me sound like a Wall Street Journal reading upper class cracker. Sorry. You know what I meant though... "Reverse racism", as stupid as it is when you think about what it means, generally connotes racism against the majority or a form of racism other than the most common one.

Is this topic still an issue?

First of all, the idea that BET's decision to take Em's video out of rotation is racist, is, well, really stupid. How many videos of Em have been in roation on BET since his second album? How many times has he appeared on 106th and Park? How many times has Em pushed the envelope? In this case, that's all it was about. He pushed too far, upset somebody with the right connection and they had the video pulled. Simple as that.

Let me ask you something...Did MJ or Johnson ever call Em's video racist?

I've been listening

I have to admit that a few of you have taken some of the fire out of my view of the situation.

I may have jumped-the-gun with the whole "Racism" cry.

no one ever said it was racist..MJ didnt like how he was being protrade in the video..he said it was a slap in his face..and he ask them to stop showing it...

Correction: I said it was racist. But I've since changed my mind.

I think the decision to take the video off the air is stupid...but in the end it's BET's loss because it's a funny video...

I think MJ needs to realize that he is a very public figure, and people are going to talk about him, and people are going to parody him...and it's mostly going to be negative...

The fact of MJ having anything at all to do with BET is hilarious...in case no one noticed he's not exactly black anymore, he's not even mocha, or tan...he is the complete absence of colour...

I know somebody goin say sumthin bout this comment but i really dont give a fuck but anyway is it just me or does MJ look more like a white women now a days then a black man... thats just my oppion.

Although this has nothing to add to the thread,as if it mattered, reverse racism is not when black are racist towards whites, etc. It is when a race gives another race privilages based on race (ie affirmative action). Just to clairify.

Bullshit.
To argue there is such a thing as "reverse" racism implies that the racism that's "normally" practiced is, uh forward (normal).

That's what I'd call Pure-D-Kaka.

...just to clairify.

Nice picture guy. That must have been taken way-back-in-the-day, when you wanted to be just like Flava Flav. Ha-Ha!

Peace Batches
Does this mean something or did you just pick a group of random letters for display?
What's a 'Batches"? :p

it's kinda crazy that someone can use terms such as the "real enemy" and "these others" while claiming racism. a lot of those posts by slappy had racist overtones and its surprising that people are actually defending his claim. i agree that eminem's video wasn't a racist one, but a spoof of some of entertainment icons that was maybe taken a little too far, but using racist terminology to claim racism is crazy. racism is the oppression of a group of people because of culture or color of skin by a majority or dominating class of people. by definition "these others" could never be racist. far too many times racism is used, but there are too many instances that it applies. eminem is apart of the hip hop culture and from what i can tell he embraces that culture which finds black people at the heart of it. i think its way out of hand that someone can support him musically but can slander blacks at the same time especially using black slang in the process. toasty if you can't see a generalization or any undertones towards blacks or any other race in slappy's statements you are just being blind to it, and you are even worse. i mean this complaint comes up at a time when rock stations will add eminem's new song to their rotation tell another artist that their song doesn't fit the radio station's format. we deal with the racism all of the time maybe not by you but maybe someone you know and too often people like you put on the blinders. a lot of people don't recall american idol clay aiken getting the rolling stone cover after losing the contest. how did that happen? when did second place start getting the bigger rewards? if you want to say eminem being pulled was a racial thing, that's cool. but come on leave bigotry, ignorance, and the will to overlook ignorance by another off of a professional forum such as this. i was looking for you to be a grown up cloneboy since you are on the forum as much as anyone. was kinda disappointed you didn't step up a little.
