Well, a bit more info would be a help. What have you tried?
What does your computer use to create the drum sounds from midi? Are you just using Windows facilities, or do you have some sort of sound module that is driven via midi? Somewhere down the line, I'd guess that the computer has some sort of audio output, and I'm sure the MT-50 has some audio input. You'd need the combination that gives the best result, although the actual sound you get from the computer (or sound module) will be the more significant thing.
On my setup, I send midi from the PC to a Yamaha MU90R module which has some reasonable drum sounds, and the module then plugs into a Fostex MC102 which allows recording, but I could equally connect to a reel-to-reel machine. You might need to connect via some signal processing to enhance the sound, if you've got some effects to use?
The important thing would be to experiment, and decide what sound best?
