Best way to host an Online Radio Station?

I have a computer dedicated to being a server for the Online Radio Station. What is my next step ? What do I need to do to be able to stream online? What works best and is compatible to work with an app? Also how do I do with music content? as so I am not streaming illegal music? Winamp? What is it? I have all the equipment needed I just need to know my next step. Please and thank you.

I am finding these questions on my own as I type. Any answer is appreciated as it might help.

Website is not available. I have done some research and I see that Winamp with Shoutcast is the most common way to go. I still have to dig around and do more research. Is anyone able to answer the question with the music content ?
 
This forum is (mostly) about people recording music in their home studios. Google "host an Online Radio Station" and you'll fined a ton of helpful info.
This PC World article is simple, but covers the basics.
