BEST way of recording a live fest with only 8 tracks

Tomorrow night (Saturday)i´ll be recording for my very first time a "in-house" live festival with only 8 tracks from a VS880EX.There is no time to set up more than just that(just received a phone call 5 minutes ago for that..)..,now,there will be 26 people on stage,2 acoustic guitar players and 24 singers doing a song each at the time.post that i´ll master it at home and sell the CD´s to them privatly.i´m counting on at least 50/80 copys,no to many but with the money from that i can buy something else for my homestudio.
So please ,any advices on that might save me the day,what and how would you do under this cennario?..

Do I understand you correctly. At anyone time, only 2 acoustics and 1 singer will be performing?

Hmm.... If you can take direct outs from the FOH console, then I guess it would be:

1 - Vocals
2- Guitar 1
3 - Guitar 3
4-5 FOH mix
6-7 Room mics.

Should get you covered...
