Best techno/ambient music generator software?

I'm just looking to make techno/ambient music for background music on a flash web site. Something that sounds cool, has a beat, and yet is easy to make.

What software would be good to use?

I was crusin' through different recording software sites last night and came upon this.

http://www.soundnails.com.

They say it's streaming and made from Flash by Macromedia.
All I know is what I've read but it looked pretty good, to me.
There is a demo.
