I've got a Digi 001, a 24 channel tascam board (I'm only using 8 direct outs right now), some preamps and a couple compressors. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to run this through a normalled 48 point patchbay? Should I go into the digi 001 first and then back out into compressors, etc., or should I first patch into everything I need (for tracking) and then into the Digi 001?
